To Unlock Them Quickly, just set your time on your device to October 10th (Halloween), December 13th (Christmas) or April 10th (Easter). There are special CGs that happen only on specific times. You will see it in the center of the City. To Unlock the Celestial Plains, get 50,000 Loyalty and make sure Heidal's rank is higher than 200. To find her and unlock her after having 6 girls is to press the right button on the girls list until you see a translucent version of her and then click on her. Helen is counted as a girl after 6 girls are unlocked. Obtaining Loyalty by pressing the girl button on the bottom on any map and clicking the enemies until another one comes.
